Hello everyoneI downloaded the trial version of iClone 7.I have a new computer, with 8 GB of RAM, 64 bits, in short a machine that can be supported by iClone 7.I have several programs, a good internet connection. I connect by WIFI and navigate perfectly. My computer is in my room, and I always surf well on the internet but iClone 7 does not allow me to log in, because it says I'm not connected to the internet. It's absurd ... of course I'm connected. I can not activate the product to test it for 30 days. For everything else, my connection works perfectly.How can this problem be solved?Thank you

The most common cause of connection issues is when you are using a proxy connection or your security software is blocking access to our servers.

To resolve the connection issues you are having, please see below:

1) Please try the following steps:
a) Go to "Start" > "Control Panel" > "Network and Internet" > "Internet Options" > "Connections" tab.
b) Now click on the "LAN Settings" button to see if you are using a Proxy Server. Please uncheck this option if it is currently selected and try again to register the iClone 7 trial.

2) Please temporarily disable any security program - such as software firewall, hardware (router) firewall, antivirus, ad-blockers from toolbars etc. - that may interfere with the registration process. Once complete, please turn back on.

The full version and the trial version work differently when it comes to registering the software. What is the problem you are having? Can you post a screenshot of the error message you receive?

Have you tried disabling your security software as well as the Firewall?

Also check you at not using a Proxy as described previously or using a VPN.

The issue may also be related to the hardware firewall in your router. You will need to refer to your router documentation on how to disable this briefly while you install iClone (do remember to turn it back on). Alternatively if you are using a laptop, you could try installing iClone using a different internet service such as a friends or family members. Once installed and verified you can then use it with your own internet again.

I also had a problem with the demo........I had to uninstall it, clean my registry then download the full IC7 version and set it up to run ad admin /set it to run GPU and wala, all OK.


MSI GE66 Raider, Intel 10th Gen, I7, SC Turbo to 5.3 GHZ, 240HZ, 64GB 3300 Ram,  2x 1TB M2 SSD Drives, NVIDIA GPU RTX 2070/8GB, 55" Sony 4K Monitor  External data drives total 7 TB. and an AUDIO Studio Recording system.
