I first posted this in crazytalk but I now have found that this also pertains to IC4. I have no sound in CT6 or IC4 yet I do have sound in anything else I do I hit the volume control I here sound I bring up a song I have sound. I take a project and render it from CT6 and the sound is there but not within the programs themselves I'm sure its something simple but I'm baffled can anyone set me straight on this and maybe tell me what it is I'm doing or not doing. Thanks

Pleas check the following items:
1) Please be aware that you have not used any recorder (such as Microsoft Sound Recorder) to record the sound or using media player.
2) We suggest restarting your PC before running CrazyTalk/iClone4 again.
3) Please make sure that you has not simultaneously run other applications. 
4) You need to check the sound devices driver. We suggest upgrading your sound devices driver to the latest version.
5) Please go to Control Panel / Sounds and Audio Devices Properties / VOICE Tab /; then, make sure that Voice Recording  your sound card selected. Also, be sure all connections are active and secure.

I have another audio card inside the system that I want to hear the audio on...
However it does not show up on the interface. Any help on how I could get it to show in the control Panel?
