Hi Team,

One of my customers may be very interested in using Cloud Animator.
As this is an international corporation they need to share insights hence how is the sharing access organised?
Can one limit the access to published content to a i.e. domain (hopto.de) or any other unique criteria?

When you have created a Cloud Animator project you will then be ready to Publish it. By selecting Share > Publish you will then generate an HTML 5 link that can be embedded directly on social media sites, web pages or you can just share the URL link with others. How the project link is used is entirely up to the end user who can keep it private or share it publically.

sorry, but one more detail I need to know. How about crawler engines...?
If my customer puts sensible, internal info into the Cloud Animator would this become searchable, because your Cloud Animator hosting site gets crawled?

Just a quick update on your question. about crawler engines.

The data in your saved projects will not be searchable but the text in the title may be.

An alternative option if you have concerns is to purchase a Business plan and then host the project on your own server. Please see below for more on this.
