And, of course, I never get this -- despite getting EVERYTHING else from RL, I never get webinar info or things like this (I mean, even when I put a trouble ticket in I get the response to my email, so it's NOT ON MY END).  No spam at all, just nothing from you folks.

I am convinced you have at least two different email databases, one of which doesn't have the correct account information for me.  But no one can fix this so I remain perpetually left out of the loop.

Really? That's too bad!  I think you still need the unique voucher code to get the bonus.

Miranda - I too, never received this email. If I had not noticed this thread, I would not have known about this bonus. I have purchased both pistol moves packs, but again, did not get the bonus email & code. Please tell me exactly whom to contact regarding this. My thanks, ~V~

Kelleytoons , I have the same problem mostly because my email adress start with admin and Reallusion does not like it. I received most emails except loyalty discounts and a few other once in a while....

Yeah, that's not my problem -- I have a good old regular email address that RL has no problems sending their ads to (and, in point of fact, most everything else -- if I file a tech ticket I get the email response, and I certainly get all forum emails.  It's only the stuff that folks who BUY things get that I don't, like webinars and this stuff.  Which leads me to definitely believe they have at least two and perhaps more places they store emails, and one of them does not have mine -- because even on my raw email server I have no spam from them).

I have only one email address with RL for 4 years, I get allot of things from them, so it's not a multiple email address thing on my end - I look at them all. When I find out I missed out on something like this, I wonder what ELSE I might have missed. I filed a ticket with them, but under the only issue header for this problem in the drop-down being, 'freebie' - I don't think it's on the priority list... I have no more DIRECT contact info for this issue, but Miranda will come through for us. Smile   ~V~
