OK is there anybody on the forum that use an audio interface for audio ( for better audio quality). I can't find anything on the net regarding my issue because I can't  record audio trough my audio interface ( Apollo UAD2 and Babyface RME).
My gear:- Mac Mini 2.6 GHz intel core i5  memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Preference System - Sound - Apollo UAD2/ Babyface
Logic Pro ( recording Daw) - Preferences - Apollo/ Babyface
On the software ( CT Animator 2 & CT 8 "Create Script - Shows on input device -Apollo/Babyface  but no waves form.
On " Please choose a voice source" I can use the TTS, Wave file and Crazy talk script but can't record. Means I hear everything but can't record my voice. For me it is a mystery and can't figure out what's the problem.

I have yamaha 01v96i but i run my daw, cubase pro 9 on Windows, i work on a Mac in another studio, but i don't have any RL software for Mac, and on Windows i use iclone but i do all my audio outside in cubase, haven't tried recording with the yamaha mixer but here are some ideas on what your problem might be:
what sample rate and what bit depth are you using? Try setting them to the most universal settings for audio, 44.1khz and 16 bit, this should be universally supported.
also it is worth noting that most softwares that have basic audio capabilities can only use the first inputs and outputs, that would be normally mono inputs 1-2 and mono outputs 1-2. Softwares with basic audio IO don't record if you are using inputs 3-4 or higher, same applies too outputs. Hope this helps

I tried my webcam and in CT8 it shows on the interface as recording format 22 kHz 16-bits mono (this is on a PC). Some higher end audio interfaces can record at 96kHz or better, so that may not be recognized. 44.1 kHz, as raxel suggests, should be OK.

EDIT: I also tried with an actual audio interface (Focusrite Scarlett 2i2) and that works as well without me having to make any adjustments.

Another thing to check is the audio interface wordclock sync source, it should be set to internal, if it is set to ADAT or anything else it won't record either, you can check this in your audio interface software.

Sorry if it took awhile to answer because I was working. My Daw is at 44.1KHz and at 16 bits but still can't record. I can record an audio file and import it but it isn't an easy way to work things out. I have high quality audio interfaces and both don't work on recording. It is the only 2 softwares that don't work with my audio interface. As it for the inner clock it is automaticaly configurated. I've download an older version of Logic Pro (audio daw) and doesn't work so I don't know what to do anymore. I don't have an internal mic with my Mac Mini so the software is worthless to me if I can't record. Probable the software is not compatible with my audio interfaces.

Sorry I didn't answer earlier, but I never use CT for anything other than head creation.

Looking at it now I see I can select ALL my audio sources (including an audio re-router, Voicemeeter, which MAY be available for the Mac -- if so, you can use almost anything for an input to it).  However, the audio is then restricted to 22khz 16bits mono, so if you want to get better audio than that you're out of luck anyway.

Personally CT ain't that great a program for doing quality audio work in anyway -- it's more designed for grandpas and relatives to make stuff for kids.  I can't see anyone using it for anything serious.

I've recorded a track trough my Daw and then imported it to CT 8 and works fine. It takes a little bit more time but at least I have good audio quality. I'll be using the same technic with C Animator 2.
