I believe the UE4 FBX export from CC2 and iClone is a little different than the 3DX export. CC2 and iClone will actually change bone names to match UE4, while 3DX only matches structure.
In either case, you need 3DX Pipeline installed to enable the FBX export.Can you confirm if this is possible with any non standard human? I mean, does it work the same as exporting a CC Character from Character Creator?
I'm asking because I have the 3dx 6 pipeline which doesn't allow this (only CC characters are exported with UE4's rig). If IClone v7 can export characters with UE4 i would definitely buy them.

I have just tested it with iC7.02. It can export CC Character with UE4 Rig (including morphs) in FBX format. It's working like a charm in UE4. I also tested exported CC Character with UE4 Animation Starter Kit, the animations work flawlessly with the imported CC Character in UE4.
But I didn't try the non-CC Character(e.g. G5, G6) or any non-standard iC character to export to UE4. May be I'll try today and let you know.
