Please can you send your full dxdiag.txt to Technical Support using the link below. This will allows us to check for any problems that may be causing these issues. http://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/UserEx/QForm.aspx a) Type "dxdiag.exe" in the Search box and click "dxdiag.exe run command" from the search list. b) It will then check your system for a while, after finishing, click "save all information" c) Save "DxDiag.txt". and send this to us as an attachment. Judging from a benchmark, what you have is not very powerful: https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+R5+M430. EDIT: Edited as there are two different users having problems in this thread.
