Where can I download it?
It's been 3 days since I am trying to explain your support representative what I need. And they keep sending me to my order page, then to update FAQ, giving me serial number for Axis software/hardware, which is not what I need...
I have IC6 and IC7 installed
I have Perception Neuron 1.3, which is only shows up in IC6
And I do not see v1.31 for IC7 download link anywhere at my order page nor through the update.
Update: Never mind, I found it after
reading the end of your post. And this is what I was told to do by the support: "Please go to your order page by clicking on the big icon at upper column to find out the download link."
But the
Order page does not have it listed.
Just wonder why I was able to download all updates including Indigo via
Order page, but Neuron update was only available at the
Registration page. A bit confusing to have 2 download locations.
