Hello, I need to reinstall iclone 6, which files should be backed up so I do not lose save avatars and custom projects?

As a precaution it would be good to make a backup of your Template and Custom folders (to an external drive for example).
That said, most of your content should be unaffected, although you will have to reinstall the Bonus Pack.

If you are uninstalling, make sure to be connected to the Internet. That way, you preserve your installation seat. (You have to seats per license.)

Animagic, I am now in a similar situation. What is the best way ( besides staying connected to the internet ) to uninstall iclone, should I just go to control panel and uninstall from there or does iclone have a better method? Also what does it mean there are two seats per license? Does that mean I am allowed to put iclone on two computers as long as only one of them is used at one time?
