After I installed CT 5.1 Pro on a new pc with Windows 7 home premier OS, I couldn't get it to start. When I double clicked at the CT icon, it came up with the following message:

"1024 x 768 or higher display resolution required, change your display settings and try again"

There are 2 monitors attached to this pc. One is at 1920 x 1080, the other 1280 x 1024. Both resolutions are higher than 1024 x 768.

I uninstalled CT, did a re-download from RL and installed again. Still the same message. It was running fine in my old pc with Windows XP as OS.

Any ideas?

Hi David,

Have you tried temporarily switching to a single display setup and see if Crazytalk will start? It would appear something is causing Crazytalk to think your display is at a very low resolution.
