Is there any "FIND" button or search bar to find specific props? For example, I have CTA3 and GT Power Tools 1. And I want to know if there is any cactus I can use for my work. So, I could look in the Prop tab, and look one by one, Classroom, Coffee Shop, Forest, Park... or, I could just write "cactus" in a search bar, if available. Do you know if there is any "find" option?

I do not believe CTA3 has a "find" feature. As a work-around, I use my computer's "search" feature. I use Windows 10, so if I want to find a prop, I type the search term into the Cortana app on the task bar.

For example, if I want to see if I have a "sky" prop, I type "sky" into Cortana. The results show this:

So, I know to go into "Props", then "Outdoor Scene Series - Town & Country", to find a "sky" prop.

I'm sure you would be able to do the something similar using whatever search feature is available for your computer's operating system.

Try, click on the prop tab and then right click on prop template. This gives you a menu with "Find file". Click on this and it will take you straight to the prop directory where you can then type what you are searching for into the search field If you know what sub folder your prop is in, then you can right click on this and it will do as above.
