Q1: I am interested in making very short under 500kb animated gifs for use in an Apple IOS sticker app. Basically A user will be able to send an animated gif in his iPhone text message.
Is this allowed with the current EULA?  Its not very clear.

Q2: I would also like to use the app to modify my characters to show different Emotions but these will be PNG files in the end.
that would also be used in an IOS sticker App for sending with a Text Message. Is this allowed with the Current EULA.

Last I'm not sure if for both my questions if it makes a difference to the EULA on whether I was to use my own characters vs a character that came with or was purchased in the content store for CrazyTalk Animator.
Thx.

Hi..

Any videos or associated media you create using CrazyTalk Animator are royalty free. You can use them commercially or non-commercially.

However if the CTA content is to be part of an App, then you may need a Mass Distribution License. This is FREE but you will need to apply for one. To receive an MD license agreement letter from Reallusion, please provide your project title as well as a short description of your plans and any relevant website links and information to marketing@reallusion.com for Reallusion to evaluate. Thank you.
