Is it not possible to give bones a pring effect?
I have a small script for Unity that gives bones physics, no matter for 3d or 2d objects a bone is a bone is a bone in this case. So I think it's not a big deal for RL to make for us such a bone effect properties
(E.g. The eyes in leader character would have a nice secondary movement ....
Also why not a retargeting tool in CTA like 3D xchange
Import all layers and click on a dummy manequin to mark the bone.
The endless layer pannel can be confusing.
