Very sorry to post this because I made a complete tutorial to import clothes in CC 1.53 but today I really don't understand my issue with Blender 2.78. When I export the fbx cloth file , the cloth is 90 degres off. I tried all differents orientation but doesn't work.... Any idea what's going on??

Ok I resolve my issue. It's because I transfert the wieghtmap from the cloth to the body. I must do the reverse..... Now it's cool.

Thanks for writing back with your answer for the good of humanity. Blender export to CC is filled with many, many pitfalls. Blender renames materials, blender makes OBJs huge importing, and CC needs exact names importing. There's a lot of ways for it to go wrong, and most of the tutorials don't explain anything at all.
If you have Maya, there is no reason to do any of this in Blender. Blender relies on opensource frameworks for import export, and takes ages to correct any errors. If you read the discussions and see the pull requests both pending and accepted, you will find much consternation over fbx and collada import/export. There was a code rewrite for 2.77, so a lot of stuff won't work right for CC before this version.
