It's only for those who have opted to purchase the early access version of iClone 7.

I read somewhere that CC1.5 needs to be uninstalled before you can install CC2 beta.
Before I do that will I be missing functionality in CC2 beta from CC1.5?I recall seeing one report of it wanting to uninstall CC1.5 during the 2.0-Beta installation process, but only one so far. ken_1171 (12/30/2016)
I read the exact opposite in the email notification when CC 2.0 beta was released. It tells us that CC 1.5 and 2.0 keep separate libraries, so nothing you already have is affected. It also claims CC 1.5 will still work normally, with no interference from CC 2.0. So don't worry - there is nothing to worry about. I have CC 1.5 and 2.0 installed here, and both work fine. ^^My installation went fine, as Ken describes. Both CC 1.5 and 2.0 are happily coexisting on my computer.

- Users who placed an order of iClone 7 before Jan 2nd will get this CC2.0 Beta, so that they can experience PBR effects by applying the bonus Lady Pirate they received.

also das Pack habe ich da geladen, und die Piratenbraut, nirgends zu finden, dachte dass es sich dabei um die Braut handelt

 Nice to see the visual improvement, more details can be captured and lighting is much consistent. However, it fails to export to ICONE6.5. I'm now worrying about if the new design I created in Beta 2.0 could be exported to ICONE 7...

Many things can get changed, and it has been the case in the past that Beta content was not usable in a final version. Test the Beta to breaking point by all means, but don't expect to use it for any serious production work - it is as the name implies, a work in progress.

I too cannot DL the CC Beta 2.0. I just tried and I get the old CC version. This kinda sux because I was hoping to learn a little about this while I was still on vacation from work. Now I have to go back to work tomorrow and will have less time to fool around with stuff.

Does CC 2 require the removal of CC 1.5? My installation is asking to remove previous versions? However the installation notes indicate cc 2 can act independent of previous version?
