It may be a bit too late for this kind of suggestion but anyway, I've seen a LUT & Color Toning feature coming in the iClone 7 wip 3 version.
As a suggestion, it would be very useful if this would work as in the Unreal Engine 4 color grading system, with a LUT color texture which is in fact a 3d texture (16x16x16) unwrapped to a 256x16 texture (a simple png file).
This is very convenient, as you can apply any color grading in any software (no LUT specific file format, this would even work with softwares without LUT feature) to that texture, re-import it and that's it, LUT applied.
