Don't know about other peoples weapons but with mine 'Crank's Creations' Just right click perform - fire.

Are you looking for the fire fx or are you looking to actually fire the weapon (i.e. animate a projectile)?

Typically weapon props might have the firing fx included, or can be create using iClone functions or can be purchased as suggested. If you are looking to actually launch a projectile then you typically have two props...the weapon and the projectile. First you execute the firing fx and then make the projectile prop visible and animate it.

EDIT: In the future, please try to put the theme of your question into the subject line of the post. A generic "help me" is likely to get less responses than something like "help me with weapon projectiles".
