I was just introduced to the Red Giant collection of amazing video effects.  Is this something that is or will be compatible with iClone or any of the Reallusion software products?

compatible?  no
but since the output is video,
drop it in AE or premiere (or whatever)
and go red giant crazy.

my favorite  RG universe plugins
lately are "point zoom" and "chromatic abberation"

iClone 6 supports a variety of video formats so if you are able to output the effects from AE into say AVI or WMV then you could certainly use them in iClone.

Red giant on AE  with Iclone 6.5 is compactible ( i use for a long time )

A lot of methode how to use this effect for iClone 6.5  :
- Export iClone animation on video format , then bring to Affter Effect ( use Red Giant )
- Export from After Effect ( Red Giant Effect ) as video AVI or WMV format then bring to iClone 6.5 ( Use Alpha Channel or Green or Blue Screen )  -------> use layer on   iClone 6.5
- Another solution use PopVideo converter ( bring a lot of format to iClone 6.5 ) -------> make video transparancy with popvideo file format
