Hi all,
So I'm not sure if what I would like to try IS even possible, but I thought someone here would know...
I currently produce an improvised comedy (audio only) podcast and have been using CTA to create little trailers and sync the audio from the podcast etc, I was partly inspired by The Ricky Gervais podcast that was on HBO a few years ago (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUj0zMdRPP0)I would like to try and have multiple actors perform live, record their movements using motion capture software and then have a custom made CTA puppet character move live also.
The eventual effect would be a 2-d cartoon, where all of the motion is live-streamed (if that's even the correct term) so that I could put performers on a stage in front of an audience, and to the side have a projection screen showing the animation happening in the moment...
Is ANYTHING close to this possible, what's the closest I could realistically get to this project, currently running pipeline on my Mac, but could be interested in other software too...
Thanks in advance
