Hello,

I have purchsed the iClone 6 pro with the iClone Character Creator and the Professional Outfits-Cloth Bases for Character Creator , Now I have installed all programes and extras (Pro outfits..) but I couldn't find them on iClone character neither with iColone 6 pro I even searched for the files on my computer (C drive) still couldn't find them , please help .

Inside Character Creator you can find the Project files in the folder shown below:



The various clothing items can be found in the Sub-folders shown below:



If you installed the software using the default settings then you should be able to find the files under the following paths in Windows Explorer:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\iClone Character Creator 1 Template\Project\Clothed\Professional Outfit

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\iClone Character Creator 1 Template\Cloth

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\iClone Character Creator 1 Template\Accessory\Torso\Professional Outfit

\Hello, well it doesn't looks like I have installed the outfits on my system! although I'm sure that I did that, it's really strange that there is no video tutorial showing how to install the pro outfits step by step, even the essential folder is not there it's very weird! (please check the attached printscreens) and I think the package is not fully downloaded and the same with popVideo(also downloaded & installed but couldn't use it on iClone 6 pro) :

Thanks for your reply and you useful tip Postfrosch, you were right about the link, but that was absolutely not professional from reallusuion, anyway I managed to download the pro outfit however most of the tool from this package works in character chreator as on iClone 6 I could only get the G6 outfit collection in the Avatar tab (is that normal ?)  I also couldn't find any other link for the popVideo except the link that I got when I purchased the application on first day which I already downloaded it and installed it but I still can't find it on iClone 6 ! Please I still need your help if you can . (By the way , Your English was perfect

Before you can use the CC characters inside iClone you need to either export them from CC as iAvatars, or send them to iClone directly from CC before saving them there.

PopVideo is not a part of iClone, it is a separate program that you should find in the All apps section of the Windows 10 Start Menu.

Yes, you are right about iCloune but the popVideo is one of the reallusion prducts, why I can't find it on my all apps althaugh I have installed it from the link that I have received from reallusion on the day that I purchased the program ?

Hi Omar,

I have checked your account and don't see a purchase of popVideo 3. Are you sure you are not confusing this with the Bonus popVideo 3 content that is FREE with iClone 6. If you installed this you will find it in your iClone 6 Content Manager under Media > Video > popVideo3 Bonus.

Thanks Peter for your reply, You are right I didn't purchase the software but then why did I get the download link for Popvideo Bonus if I don't have the software would I get any extras on my iClone that I can use? by the way I have attached a printscreen of the same location of your printscreen on iClone and it seems deferent than yours, I'm missing the video section !

The Pop Video content is only visible in the Content Manager window when the Navigation Panel is open. Click on the small down pointing arrow on the right of the window - or just right click anywhere in the Content window, and then click on "Show Navigation Panel"



Once done the Content Manager window shows the Video Content in the left panel.



This would appear to be a serious UI bug, and I'll open a ticket in the Feedback Tracker.
