It would be helpful to have colored keys in the character timeline that correspond with the tool used to set the keys.

Ex:
The face puppet tool it would set a green key which would match the green tab on top of the face puppet tool
The face key editor would set a blue key that corresponds with a blue tab on top of the face key editor.
The same for all tools that set keys, it would make finding, managing, and editing keys much easier.

Colored tabs on top of the tools or even a symbol or letter in the key that would indicate what the key controls.
