it'd be nice to have a masking tool that you can apply to any selected object. Sometimes you only want part of a body to show or part of a prop. Sometimes you just want to have a character grab an item. instead of having to create new sprites or perform workarounds with attached props and visibility switching. it would be a lot simpler to just block out a section of an item to make it match against something else.
