Please help!
I have purchased the export license for everything imaginable, yet I get a message in 3DXchange that I don't have export licenses for my objects and clothing.
What am I missing?
I have tried emailing RL's awesome technical support and they respond with some generic, useless information about how to purchase export licenses.
The content shows up in my order history... Very frustrating when we have a big deadline coming up.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

So I tried to buy another license of the export content in an effort to get my project done on time and received a nasty email from RL..
Seems they want to know why I need a duplicate license.
WTF is wrong with these guys?

do you have the 3dexchange pipeline? and two copies of the same content would seem like an error to them like a double purchase because you can only export one at a time and its copyable on your pc so unless you purchased two copies of the exchange pipeline to go with the assets it would seem to be a mistake and maybe you double clicked the purchase button.

Yes of course I have the 3DXchange pipeline.
I have purchased everything with export licenses.
Now when I open Character creator and try to use the content I have purchased, it has a watermark.
I have spent over $1,000 on this and am getting more frustrated by the minute...

Okay I have seen this before someone else has a watermark when they should not.  I would try again but submit a bug report and show them all the receipts and links to them to prove you have the correct software and own the export package.  Also get a refund for the second license having two wont fix the problem and your just wasting your money.     give the the order numbers for the pipeline and both export license packages when you reply to their email asking you why you got a second one along with the initial ticket number asking them about it and show them that photo with the watermark.   They will get it eventually LOL.    

 I dont know if they are all on north american soil.  I had a similar experience a couple of years ago and got the distinct feeling the person's english was the issue.    

dont spend anymore money it wont fix the problem.   Its its not an installation issue or registry issue then its a bug they might have missed.  

also  try the one click verification it might help.  i had a problem a couple weeks ago it was not finding things.  I ran the verification and it all cleared up.  Although in some cases this seems not to be working for some people.

Do ensure you have an active internet connection and that your security software is not blocking access to our server.

You will need to be on the internet the first time the content is used so it can be activated. This should remove the trial watermark.

Once you are sure you have an active connection and are not using a proxy or vpn software, try going to Help > Content 1-Click Verification in CC. This will take a little while to run but once completed all your content should be activated correctly.

I have sent numerous replies to their help system with order numbers and screen caps of the content purchased.
It would seem to be a polished system on the surface, at least till this morning.
My email back to their ordering system was.... "direct".
If they worked for me, I'd fire them on the spot.

They do get scrambled from time to time, but I think it has to do with proxy stuff and the internet because 24 hours later its all working again.  Its like a switch got flipped on a network somewhere and the internet had to catch up.

I understand your frustration.  Obviously I haven't seen your email, but are sure it was intended to be nasty?  Perhaps there were concerned that you were unnecessarily purchasing something by mistake, and wanted to be sure that you really wanted two licenses.  That sounds more like the Reallusion I know.

About the watermarks... it sounds like Urbanlamb is helping you in that area.  Did they show up only after making the second purchase?  Your license might be confused, and SUPPORT should be able to help untangle it if that's the case.

About the problems exporting... is it possible that it's the CONTENT you bought that's being in the way.  I buy very little from the stores, and export even less, but it seems I've seen posts about stuff like that.  Someone might sell something as "no-export" (I'm sure the term in wrong, but hopefully people know what I mean), so even though you have all the power to export other items, and items of your own creation, you don't have the rights to export that particular purchased item.

Does that sound plausible?  (And separate from the watermark issue?)

I tried the 1 click activation several times (I don't that would qualify as 1 click anymore).
Finally, I bought the trial content AGAIN with purchased points to get it to export.

I am having a similar problem. I send a cc character to 3dxchange pipeline from iclone and then try to export to fbx...it tells me I need to buy licenses. The only things in it are my avatar and essentials stuff I bought with export licenses...it simply shows me that I need to buy the content. Most of it says export licenses are unavailable. This is really damping my hopes of using them in unity.
