To speed up the workflow I think it would be appropriate to have a "lock points to photo's pixels" so we don't have to go back and forth from front and side view aligning points -this of course should be optional checkbox that could automate the process when you feel that the points are in the correct place. You would be able to uncheck the box make the adjustments then recheck the box for automation or you could simply choose manual mode which is to not have it check boxed. Some programs like Adobe after effects use the lock points to pixels feature to tag areas of video footage/pictures to map/track objects in the video to make other assets 3D objects, graphics, titles etc follow those points.
