I am a new user.  I have few questions on cta 2.
1.  How to get customer support since I have raised few tickets but not getting any revert?
2.  The tutorial video url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KnSHMHFvcw&list=PLNV5zSFadPdmE_qSPdOuQLkOFrfgVIGAf&index=15 says, press bracket keys [ and ] to rotate your character to different angles and profiles.  But when I do the same, nothing happens.  So how do I change the position of the character?
3.  Is there any option to make the character to walk or run as easily as it is done in muvizu?

Hello Irabala,

In regards to rotating a character the shortcut keys work as you stated, but you have to have the character selected first.  Make you have selected a character and the character is on the stage, then double clicking on the character to make sure it's selected.  You should see a box around the character indicating it's selected.  From there you should be able to use the bracket keys.
Regarding apply motions to your character.  You will need to look in the Content Manager section under Animation.  You should see plenty of motion options to apply to your character.

Take Care,

Janell

Hey,
After selecting the character, then only clicked the brackets. I can see the box around to confirm.  Else how the software will know which character to move?
But why is it so difficult to make these happen and why not getting enough support for the tickets raised?
