fix the knee joints, add vertex pinning

The knee joints have a problem where ther resize depending on the position of the sprite. all other joints seem to maintain their consistenze exept the knee joints which makes it more difficult to achieve a professional and consistent look during animation without manually manipulating the sprites using the deform tool.

vertex pinning needs to be added to as to allow two vertexes from different sprites to be locked onto each other. This would allow for example a vertex on the crotch area of a character to be pinned against a vertex on the crotch area in the Lower torso so that if the character raises his leg there will never be a gap or break at that seam
