As an impatient imperfectionist I am hoping to be finished "Pinhead's Inheritance" within the next few weeks- just need to ensure I can cram the improbable plot into the allotted time scale. Enjoying creating characters in CC for this.

I tended to go for quite dark images so this would be a good time for anyone to tell me if this image is too dark on their monitor.

@Toonarama,

That's a great screen shot.  Love the lighting.
Even that single frame makes me very curious and full of anticipation.  Smile

Interesting shot toonarama, can't wait to find out what's going on. I suspect that the final video render will determine if the scene is too dark or not, but the still looks good on my screen.

Thank you for the feedback on the still - it should be ok but as Wires said I probably need to recheck once I have rendered the video.

I reckon I always over-correct Lighting, 'cos my Monitor is lighter when standing-up. Have you tried increasing Lights Multipliers.? Default is 1.20.

One of the enjoyable aspects of Pinhead Community Projects, is the build-up & WIP Posts.

To keep this thread alive, I'm posting a few of my panels, in which Pinhead has just upset his girlfriend, Amanda:

I found a program called Comic Life, which lets you compose comics based on images and includes balloons as well as lettering for sound effects as you see above. It also includes a foont called Potty Mouth, which is very useful for strong language. Like this:

I'm enjoying this project. With only one light one has to get inventive, but that's fun actually.

EDIT: Edited for formatting.

Excellent work Job - nice toon render you got there.
I too am using Comic Life which is an excellent, intuitive and affordable little piece of software.
