Hi..
There would appear to be an issue with your computers audio playback device. Please try the following to resolve the issue.
1. Check the audio volume sliders on the play bar in CrazyTalk 7 are set to maximum.
2. Update your sound drivers. You can normally get these from your computer manufacturers website. Updating may resolve the problem.
3. CrazyTalk 7 uses the default audio devices for playback and recording. However it is possible you have more than one audio device and the wrong one may be set as default.
Try going to Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > Manage Audio Devices. From here check which devices are set to default. If you have alternative playback and recording devices, try switching to one of these and test again with CT7.
