this could be a nice new feature for the next version of CTA2.

As an example:
"Stretching 5 %" could mean that every single action in the timeline would be stretched 5%. O.K., a character
will run 5% slower in his scene but all in all it would be a very helpful feature if there are 2 seconds missing in
a final project or you want to shorten it 2 seconds.
