MY ICLONE 5.5 IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SUCH AS TREES BLOWING IN THE WIND FLOWERS MOVING. NOTHING WORKS SINCE ICLONE 6 OUT .

TO ME THIS IS JUST A PLOY TO GET US TO BUY ICLONE 6. I WILL NEVER BUY IT IF THEY PULL THIS TACTIC ALSO NO WAY TO CALL THEM. ONLY VIA EMAIL SUPPORT AND THEY JUST Say they don't know what the problem is: OH YEAH SURE.

I WILL BLAST THIS PROBLEM ALL OVER THE INTERNET I SPENT HUNDREDS ON CONTENT AND REFUSE TO BUY ICLONE 6. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY PULL THIS.

Let me get this straight: your iClone 5.5 is not working, but you do not have iClone 6 installed.

Let me assure you that iClone 5.5 didn't stop working because of iClone 6. I have both and they are independent. Others only have iClone 5.5 and it still works for them.

If you can be more specific about your system, the settings when these problems occur, etc. we may be able to help.

And sending a PM to Peter, as prabhatM suggests, is also a good way to get things resolved. 

EDIT: OK, I checked in iClone 5.5 for a condition when the trees will not move.

Question: Do you have Pixel Shading turned on in iClone 5.5? That is a requirement for the trees to move.

Also I have IC 5 on a separate computer and it works as usual. The trees and grasses move like jeher- There are trees that do not move because they are not intended. Similarly, grasses and bushes
And as stated earlier Animagic: Is pixel shading turned on?

Otherwise IC has nothing to do 6 and IC5 each other, only the content of the content of IC 5 in IC 6 functions (not vice versa)

I believe the accusation RL IC 5 would sabotage to sell IC 6 is already somewhat contrived by the hair and absurd.

In an unrelated note if I open IC5 64 bit my trees act erratically moving the branches from around in sharp jumps. This happens even if I am not playing the animation but rather am stopped on one frame! The trees branches continue to 'jump' around. Any ideas?

iC5.5 64Bit Tree Wind Speed working smoothly here in Quick & Pixel Shader Mode, Pete.

IMO, your prob "could" be a GPU issue. Or a Wind Speed issue. Default is 2. Try toggling the Slider.
