They give a price indication here: http://www.nukeygara.com/buy-akeytsu. It's a subscription model at $200/year. Might still be worth it if it's very good.

From an animator's perspective, this looks very nice. Some nice tools to help to get the work done faster. Not sure the price is in the range of the hobbyist, but for a studio.... Thanks for sharing

I asked to the developper for the price. It's not definitive yet , may be less... But for me , even 200$ a year , I'm in !(17$/month, it's the price of a bottle of wine in my country!!) This is exactly what I need for Iclone because today I did not expect after updates, I'm OK with this version

i wonder if those yearly models mean that you can buy version 1 for 200, but in order to get the updates past that year you have to resubscribe ...or if your software becomes disabled after a year if you don't keep up with payments.

planetstardragon (2/19/2015) i wonder if those yearly models mean that you can buy version 1 for 200, but in order to get the updates past that year you have to resubscribe ...or if your software becomes disabled after a year if you don't keep up with payments. It usually means repaying, otherwise it stops working. For example, Houdini now also uses the subscription model and the license is for one year.

I dislike yearly subscription platforms. Yes, the monthly fee is low, and I could live with this price, but I would need to see how well it works with other programs. I am still having issues with bringing over DAZ Gen 2 characters through 3DXchange into iClone6. So I will wait and see how well this new software behaves. It could be cool, but then ....? How well is the timeline done with regards to lip sync? can the audio be scrubbed back and forth so that we can get the movement just right?
