Please help!

I just purchased facefilter pro 304 and have installed it on my mac - 10.8.5 and it starts up fine and when I go to continue it crashes.
havent been able to get past the continue box :-(

I have it on my laptop too and does the same thing.

I am opening with firefox

I don't know what to do!!!

Please check that your system meets the requirements below.

8GB of RAM
Display with 1280-by-768 resolution or higher
2.4GB of free disk space
OS X v10.7 or later
