Clarification Requests:

1. Only one avatar may be used per purchase?
2. Only one message per purchase?
3. What are the length of messages limit?
4. Customers who have CT6 and CTA2, do we require the plug-in anyway?
If not how do we upload our avatar and text messages?
5. If view limits are reached, how are we notified?
(Of course we are expected to monitor this. But sometimes we may be away from
a means to do so. Out on a fish expedition for example, in the middle of nowhere.)
6. Can an avatar be changed while keeping an original message?
