How do I fix this? Is it a setting I can change or is there a problem with Crazy Talk 5?

When I output to MP4 the resulting video has the audio at almost twice the speed. When the audio is over I still have my avatar moving her lips with no sound.

I am having the same problem with crazy talk 6 pro. audio is twice the speed as video when exporting as mpeg4. If I export as avi it works fine.

Thanks for the feedback on this issue. There is a problem that affects audio sync when using MP4. It will be looked into by the tech team and hopefully resolved soon. If I find out anything I'll post it here. In the meantime using one of the other output formats is advised.

Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing.

Hi, folks

Here is the solution provided by the support team.
Please check it out.

As I know, this should be the cause from Quicktime7 itself.
And Reallusion engineers figured out to provide a small file to fix it.

Thanks
Visconti

=============================================
Dear customers,

When you utilize “Quicktime7” to open MP4 files and the sound is not synchronized with the images in a video file, please download the following files in order to resolve this issue.

For CrazyTalk v6.0 PRO:
http://file.reallusion.com/ct/tools/Pro.zip

For CrazyTalk v6.0 Standard:
http://file.reallusion.com/ct/tools/Std.zip

For CrazyTalk v6.0 PRO Trial Edition:
http://file.reallusion.com/ct/tools/Trial.zip

Afterwards, please follow below instructions to solve this issue.
1) Unzip the zip file to your “Desktop”.
2) Copy CTFittingViewU.dll to X:\Program Files\ Reallusion\CrazyTalk 6\CT Program (X represents the drive where CrazyTalk v6.0 had been installed).
3) Replace the previous files.

Kind regards,

Thanks, I just downloaded the zip file, and did what you say. It worked. The mpeg4 file works fine.
