So, Stupid me ... I ordered the wrong version of FaceFilter. I clicked on the Windows Version instead of Mac. Once I realized what I did, I immediately contacted Reallusion. They told me to fill out a form (Which I did) and they will get me a refund as soon as possible as opposed to just giving me a MAC keycode. Bizarre!! -- I did everything that they asked and Still have not heard a thing .... I am very disappointed with Reallusion Customer Service.I'm sorry to hear you have had problems with Support.
