For reasons I can't remember I seem to have uninstalled and reinstalled my iclone, and now have lost the bonus content which I originally had on purchase.
This content doesn't show up in my member downloads section, and any attempt to load current bonus content just sends me in circles.
Is there any way to get back the original bonus content or is it lost for good?

Login to your Reallusion My Account / Order History / Your iClone Product (Presumably iC5.5) / Patch & Bonus. See Screenshot for iC5.5. The Bonus items bracketed haven't changed since iC3.

However, if you're referring to the Resource pack, you can re-Download that as per Screenshot. It may be that you omitted to Download after Reinstalling iClone Program.

I had neither the resources or the bonus after the patch, and for some reason didn't even know there were tutorials.

You can Download these to your PC via a Free / Very Cheap purchased Download Helper Browser add-on that doesn't have associated Adware & Browser Toolbars. I have the paid version. Link to be added.
