I have downloaded the trial version of iClone 5.4 to see if I could run the program on Bootcamp. I run it on my Windows 7 and after installing it successfully, once I open the program it immediately crashes. An APPCRASH that says "iClone 5 AP has stopped working."
I have about 1.4 gigs free on my Bootcamp drive which may be the issue. I run Windows 7 Ultimate through Bootcamp. Here are the specs for my Mac:
Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 (11E53)
Any assistance?Don't know anything about MACs apart from Running some Windows Applications on Bootcamp can be "Hit & Miss" affair.
IMO, the i5 CPU @ 2.3 GHz plus the Intel 300 GPU are going to be a stumbling block, anyway. IMO, you would need in the region of 3.20 GHz & a separate PCI-e Slot 1GB VRAM Dedicated Video Card to Run iClone 5 successfully.
And - With only1.5 GB of HDD Free Space you're reaching the point where you'll have insufficient Free Space to defragment your HDD & you'll have to Re-Format it, losing all your Data.
Anyone-else?.
