I bought a web cam, a ,,Genius" one (e-Messenger 112), and along with this hardware, in package, I have getting a CD with drivers and some utilities, one of it being this ,,Crazy Talk Avatar Creator ''. I installed all drivers and software from this CD. ,,Crazy Talk Cam Suite" , for example, it is working. But when I start ,,Crazy Talk Avatar Creator" my CPU is ,,busy" 50%, but I can not see the application, nothing is happened. Someone in this world can illuminate me, I have made an error some where ? Or, what it is happened? Sorry for my english, I do not abide to write in shorting form. Best thanks for your advices.

Hi,

I've not used the Crazytalk Avatar Creator but it is based on Crazytalk 4 technology. If you are using this on Windows Vista there may be compatibility issues as Crazytalk 4 was only Vista compatible from verson 4.6.

If you are using Vista you could try running the application as an administrator. You do this by Right Clicking on the icon and choosing "Run As Administrator".

If you are still unable to get it to work you can contact support using the form linked below.

Good luck.
