http://www.machinima-expo.com/index.php/blog/41-machinima-expo-submission-period-july-1st-to-sept-30th-2012

The 2012 Machinima Expo will start accepting film submissions for this years film festival on July 1st, 2012, and will close submissions on September 30th at midnight (pacific time). That means you have 3 full months to submit your machinima film to the 5th annual Machinima Expo.

so all ya iCloners out there get your films ready

Would just like to follow up on AT's post: we've already received some interesting iClone films for this year's Expo and are looking forward to getting more. I think iClone was one of the machinima platforms that had a high amount of submissions last year (something like 50 films).

Thanks for your support!

One thing to keep in mind: if you use text-to-speech for one of your major characters voice recording, it's probably not going to work for us as the technology is still too poor to be effective in a comedic/dramatic film.

A little more than a month left to submit your films to the expo.

Here is the submission form.

I figured I would take a quick look at the iClone films that were selected for the 2011 Machinima Expo. IClone was well represented last year. The Grand Prize was won by BiggsTrek's iClone masterwork; The Haunter of the Dark. Hope to see the same at this years Expo. The full 2012 screener list can be found here and the 2011 Jury List can be found here.
