Hi.I tried use CTA and my stage was fricking,My graphic card is ATI VL7100
Dual core CPU or higher
4GB RAM
2GB free hard disk space
Display Resolution: 1024 x 720 r
Graphics Card:ATI VL7100
Video Memory: 512MB

I need fulol screen tro flicking stop.The mouse in the stage has bad moviment also.Sorry my english.Thank you very much from Brazil

If you are using the ATI V7100 workstation graphics card then the problem could be caused by the graphics driver. This particular graphics card is also quite old now being originally released back in 2005.

First thing I would try is to get the drivers updated. This alone may solve the problem straight away.
