Can't get any of BONUS CONTENT...?

Can't get any of BONUS CONTENT...?

So we followed these instructions:

1) Launch the Marketplace website by clicking the top-right icon inside of CrazyTalk Animator.

2) Go to the CrazyTalk Animator store in Marketplace and select the bonus content you want.

3) Login to your member account to click the "Add to Cart" button and download your free content directly into your character's content library.

>>> I'm in my account (member page), there is no "Add to Cart" button?? 

I then try to check out to see if it come up, but it then asks me about credits?

All products have already been registered btw.

 

Can someone help us out here please?

Once you are logged in and in the Marketplace, the Add To Cart button is shown below each thumbnail, such as the FREE bonus projects shown below.
