Morning all.

This is second hand information so please bear with me!

Both issues happen (seemingly) randomly on sixty identical XP machines, with identical images, running v6.21.1921.1.

Lipsync stopping after 30 seconds of script

When playing voice recordings the lip sync stops after 30 seconds, but eyes etc continue to move.
Saving, re-opening sorts this problem and also recording your script in chunks. So six sets of 10 seconds will show the whole script synced.
However this isn't straight forward for up to sixty 7yr olds!

Exported model is distorted

Again, randomly... Some students models ended up like the attached picture after being exported...(Providing i've uploaded correctly!)

Bizarre really as someone could have done exactly the same on the machine next to someone with problems and theirs is fine!

Any help appreciated.
Cheers
Stu

Hi Stu

Sorry to hear of your problems with CrazyTalk 6.21.

The graphical glitch you show would suggest this to be likely caused by outdated graphics drivers. In fact sound and graphics drivers are often the cause of the issues you have described.

Please can you contact our Technical Support department using the the link below. If you can supply the system specifications of the computers being used, they will be able to advise you on how to resolve these issues as quickly as possible,

Thanks.
