Yet again here is 8 hours later and no reply and you have been on and off all day. Four times I have seen you and yet no reply. Is it that my PM is not working Peter or do I need to post my question here? Hi Popeye, I replied to your message via PM today at 5:21pm (UK time). I have now sent it again. Do you receive PM's from other forum members ok? Can you send me a private email address so I can contact you. I can't send you an email from the forum as you have this disabled unfortunatley. Thanks. EDIT: I found an email address on file so have used that. Please let me know if you don't get it.

| | I think all that really matters is if the companys make money, gone are the days when customers matter . And lol they have forum adminstrators , who can assure your its your fault if things go wrong or decide that glitches are really good things. Not to mention if we , the customer, dont like the way it is , we can just get lost because its doesnt seem our money matters one way or the other. !!! |

| I understand what you're saying to a degree. I've got my own issues with them as and some of their business models. However, you have to admit that iClone and most of their other products are rather cool.
Sure, as with most software there will be issues, and not all people you speak with in the company will be able to offer the help on them you require. But I follow a simple rule when purchasing a new tech item. I find the version one or two builds before the current version, and buy that. You are less likely to have issues, as most bugs will have been worked out, and the tech people you contact will have had more experience in dealing with it that their latest release (including packs and other add-ons).
My girlfriend just purchased an laptop back in November of last year which of course runs vista. It crashed about two months ago. So last month she bought another. It crashed in a week and they replaced it. So what do I use...Her old XP laptop. Works like a dream!As I've said, I'm having issues with this company as we sleak...they may even delete this post beforeyou read it...but I'm not letting that stop me, ever! I'll just keep working to resolve the issues and keep using iClone and Crazy talk (IC 2 and CT 4.6). No upgrades for me until perhaps IC12 or so. Just don't take it so personal, as they once told me.

| | For sure the software is very cool, and i have only praise for iclone 3.2 and the ad ons etc. and will be waiting to upgrade to iclone 4 , in fact i can hardly wait for iclone 4 |

| | Everyone does have some sort of problems in life. The best solution to such problems is not by bad mouthing but suggesting good remedies and to have patience to let things happen right way. Badmouthing is easy. Maintaining such a good productlike iclone is not a joke when the evil pirates, rippers, crack(er)s, warez, etc are killing the hard work of innovation of dedicated people. Free things does no good. No one will value gold if its free. Hope sanity prevails the attitude of sick minds complaining and doing harm to all. |
