| Whenever I try to download content from the marketplace the first screen tells me to press "Start", I do that and then I get the message "Failed to initialize content module of CrazyTalk Animator."
I have CrazyTalk animator installed on my "J" drive not on my main "C" drive. Could that be the problem? Whatever the problem is, can you tell me how to fix it?
Thank you. |

| Hi TripletDad,
Could you let me know your CrazyTalk animator version? e.g. v1.1, English Pro. And did you try to download CrazyTalk Animator content?
Regards,
Alan

| Hello,
I have CrazyTalk Animator Pro, English, V1.2.2010.1
I have tried a number of times to download the free content from the city marketplace, all without success.
After clicking the start button, all I get is the message "Failed to Initialize content module of crazyTalk Animator." |

| Hi,
It sounds like the downloader did not install successfully or some files were missing. Please contact the Customer Support team and they will have the solution.
Regards,
Alan
