Could you explain what you mean in a more constructive manner. A statement like that with no explanation just makes no sense.

It's not difficult to follow. For 10 months people have been posting in this thread hoping to get Reallusion to fix the bad link. I am experiencing the same problem as everyone else. So I question what kind of Mickey Mouse operation can't fix a link after 10 months.

It is still not working and I hardly think the server's too busy given the lack of traffic on this site.

Just to be very very clear here's what was happening last week and is still happening today.

I click the link Reallusion posted in the original post. This takes me to the following page where they try to entice me into buying more stuff. There's a link on the left side that a reasonable person would think would lead to a freebie.

http://www.reallusion.com/press/0703_realitycheck/

I'm thinking "_realitycheck" is appropriate because this underscores the reality check that comes from putting as much money as I have into this application. Anyway . . . .

Clicking on the link provided on this page launches another window which passes through: http://www.reallusion.com/linkcount/linkcount.asp?lid=fbi703

This in turn sends me to:

http://www.movedigital.com/go/reallusion/54542/3DScene_Riverside.exe

Which returns a plain white page with the words "error bad file".

My guess is that in writing this I've spent more time on this issue the employees at Reallusion have bothered to spend on it.

If anyone actually has managed to download this file, given that it's free, please be so kind as to simply email it to me.

Rock@3DHumor.com

IF anyone at Reallusion takes the time to read this message board perhaps you could oh.... I don’t know.... FIX THE LINK ALREADY!

Thanks

I've just tried the link several times and it worked every time.  Are you looking at the post second from the bottom on the previous page by Peter Edwards?

Hi Rock,

Thanks for the lengthy reply. My confusion to your earlier comment was because I posted a new link for the download some time ago which is working fine. Just look at my post on page one and you will find the link to download there.

It's always best to check through the posts to see if there has been a resolution. It will save you time in the future. Apologies for the frustration caused.

Pete
