S-1 '0'u X / model "1E"

Upon the creation of one of my new characters, I can't see a way around the visible seams of the Clone Cloth Characters hips.

Hi Neil
I don't know if this will help you but I find that when I texture seperate as an upper and lower diffuse at the lower end of the upper I add a small layer of texure that will match suitably with what you are going to put on the lower therefore creating either a belt or slightly high waisted garment this still they allows you to expose the mid section belly button etc if desired.
Hope this helps

Hi Duchess...
I think you're right.
I've created a double belt hip slung affair on the upper cloth and it seamlessly integrates itself with the lower and the belly can show through above it.
Good lateral thinking. Thanks.

Hi Armstrong,

I think what you are seeing is "undies" on the skin texture.

If you have registered your clone cloth you find a link on you account page to some skin textures with-out undies.

ps.how do you attach pics?

Think I figured the pic thing, (all being well) here is a shot of the "undies" on the skin texture.

Hi Armstrong,

As froggy has already said, this is the underwear line showing.

You can simply edit the Skin texture to remove the line by using the the Diffuse options under Modify.

For anyone unsure about modifying the Skin textures check out this new tutorial.

I never ever ever thought to graphically edit the flesh layer of the Clone Cloth Characters because, for some reason, I auto-assumed the bodies to be fixed entities because of the cloth upper layer being editable.
However, there must be an overlap issue also because as smoothly as I can edit the ligne of peau or flesh it exposes toujours.

Actually, having edited the skin, previously, to Duchess's suggestion, I made it look as if her panties (GASP!!!) were showing higher than her belt and the end result is kind of cute/funny/sexi. A better result.

Ah well, they say you learn most from the most stupid questions.

Thanks!
