It would have been nice of them to at least post something to the Forum's they know we're all checking giving us some clue as to what's going on.

I hope the application isn't as disappointing as the company that owns it.

Rock, there has been official posting on the forum about this. Please stop trying to mislead people. I have already pointed this out to you on another post. Again it is here:

Peter there was nothing misleading in fact or intent in my posting.

The entry you referenced simply says it hasn't been deployed yet and they're working on it. That's like saying the sun will come up in the morning. It would be nice to have something like, we'll try again Monday so those of us that were hoping to play with it this weekend can go find something else to do and quit anxiously checking the site.

But Hey! Thanks for making me feel like such a valued customer with your wise crack reply.

With that said everything I've seen so far leads me to believe this will be the greatest 3D movie application on the planet when it comes out. So I'm going to go find something else to do this weekend and will check back again next week.

Hi Rock,

I was simply pointing out that you posted at least twice to say there has been no official word which simply wasn't true. To people viewing your posts this would have been misleading.

I know you may feel the "official" information wasn't very helpful but that wasn't your original point. You had stated there had been no information.

Either way it was not my intention to offend you and so I'm sorry if I did. You have every right to post your opinion of Reallusion or indeed me, good or bad but my issue was that you were saying something that wasn't correct and could be misleading for others trying to find out information on iClone 3, especially if you did so more than once.

I do hope your frustration with Reallusion will ease once iClone 3 finally gets released.

You sir are absolutely lying when you say "it was not my intention to offend you". Clearly you meant to not only offend but to put me in my place.

"I do hope your frustration with Reallusion will ease once iClone 3 finally gets released."

No my frustration with a company that talks to a customers in this manner is not something that will subside. Hence, even though I firmly believe iClone 3 will revolutionize 3D animation for home users, I'll be purchasing a different application today.

Hi Rock,

If we are still on speaking terms I would like to point out that most of your recent posts have been quite rude and derogatory about Reallusion yet you take offence so quickly yourself when something is pointed out to you.

As I mentioned before your opinions good or bad are always welcome so I took no offense from your earlier comments so I would ask you try to do the same and accept my apology if you feel I offended you in some way.

Sadly there is nothing more I can do now. Thanks for your input though. You are welcome back on the forum any time.

Dude,

you really need to chill out a bit, Peter is one of the most cool crowd control people I know, YOU try to console an angry mob with a smile, and keep doing it for more than 12 hours straight for every new thread that pops up about the same exact topic.

PS:
Peter,
go get some rest dude, have you been up since we talked yesterday, your dedication and devotion as well as your team mates is inspiring. thanks for pushing yourself til completion.

Peter,

Thank you so much for pointing out that I'm a jerk. That was absolutely necessary in your reply to me and so very helpful.

I do not care for Reallusion, I think your company could stand to work on customer service. However, the product is great and iClone 3 promises to be phenomenal.

Here's an analogy to convey my position.

As a heterosexual male, I find Pamela Anderson very pleasing to look at. That is her product and it is a very impressive product. However, the limited exposure I've had to her as a person, by way of news and interviews, lead me to think she's not a very nice person. She may be the nicest person on the planet, but that's not what I've seen of her.

So; one could say I enjoy her product, but I don't like her.

As to this thread:

After I first posted this thread, I saw the entry in my previous thread where you pointed out the other thread where we're supposed to be talking about the release. Had you left the sentence "Please stop trying to mislead people" out of your reply in this thread, this thread would already be dead. Had you not called me a liar in your second response, again this thread would be dead.

Your statement "I would like to point out that most of your recent posts have been quite rude and derogatory about Reallusion yet you take offence so quickly yourself when something is pointed out to you" was not only unnecessary but clearly meant to be inflammatory.

Stuckon3d has a very valid point. We're both very very tired and you've been dealing with jask nuts like me for hours on end. The things I just pointed out offended me but it's not the worst thing that's ever happened to me. So, this will be my last posting in hopes this thread ends here.

Getting back to my Pamela Anderson analogy . . . . regardless of whether or not it's nice company, you've got to admit it is a phenomenal product!
