Hi guy's, I've noticed this problem latley when I try to run iClone 2,
sometimes it can take up to 2 to 4 minutes to start, and when it starts all the thumbnails are blank.

Any ideas or help would be very appriciated. Thank.s christy0

Hi Christy,

How much memory (Ram) do you have in your computer. This often occurs with low memory configurations or if you are running several apps simultaneously.

Hi! movicomuk, My computer is well speced, 2GB ram, 3.20Ghz, (hyperthreading not dual core, about 1 terabyte of storage, over 3HD's
so i don't think its the hardware.

But I,ve noticed recently, as my custom content folders are filling up the startup is getting quicker, or my imagination is playing tricks.

Hi Christy,

With that setup you shouldn't have any problems horsepower wise. With regards to the thumbnails being blank at the start I find it best to keep my custom content organised into different folders rather than having a large collection all in one.

It seems strange that iClone is getting faster each time you run it. Computers are weird eh? As I mentioned before try not to have too many apps open at the same time as running iCone as this will speed things up too.

Thank's Peter, I'll do that, as I have all my Props, accessories, Motions, just heaped up in their respective folders.

You should my computer desk, (nomans land)
