Because support isn't responding (waiting for 3 days now), a try here.
I bought the offer of iClone 2 with the future update to version 3. A free iClone 3DXchange 2 should be included in this offer. But I only can get it by purchasing it. Can anyone explain?

| Hi Leo, Did you get a serial number for 3DXchange in your confirmation email? Normally there is a download link and serial in your email but sometimes they can be easy to miss. If you have the serial number but no download link you can register the software on your Premium Members page and then download from there. If you don't have a download link or serial number then only support can help to rectify this. Let me know and I'll check with support to see what the status is. Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

Hello Peter
No serial number for 3DXchange 2. I have the iClone and the resource pack link. Maybe it is because I am outside US. I paid through element5.com and send the info and the 2 links.

Still waiting. Almost a week now. Not had any reply.
I am also worried if I get my free update to version 3 on 8-8-8.
You have an excellent product, but support is no good. It seems a perfect company doesn't excist.

| Hi Leo, I'm really sorry to hear that you have not had this issue resolved yet. I had notified support of your problem and was under the impression it had been dealt with. I can only apologise for this delay in responding to your support request. Have you had any reply from support at all over this? Like confirmation of receiving your support request? I will again get on to support and notify of this outstanding issue and try and a get a speedy resolution. Thanks for your patience in this.

The only thing I had, was a confirmation after filling the form. This was a HTML page. Something like "Thanks for filling this form....." Not received any email. Do have to fill a new one. Do I have to post my order ID in this forum?

| Hi Leo, After you contact support you should have received a confirmation email with a tracking ID number. Have you checked your spam or junk email filter to see if you have had a response there. It could well be that replies have gone astray. I would contact support again, making sure your email address is correct and I will also follow this up with support.
