Hello all!

I am wondering if it is possible to create entirely new figures for use in iClone in the same way that our studio currently produces them for use in Poser.

Hi Les,

Yes it is possible to create completely new figures for iClone. The current software requirements for this are 3DS Max. You will also need the Max plugin and the figure templates which includes the bone system etc. Both of these are free to download once you register your software and become a member of the developer program.

Take a look at the Developer Center for more information.

You can create some excellent creatures with creature creator, It's a free download here:

You would have to create your creatures and chromakey them into your production because they don't integrate with iClone.
